Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in case management in a hospital setting.

• RN licensure required; CCM preferred.

• Develop and implement case management policies aligned with regulations and best practices.
• Drive LOS initiatives and collaborate with UM and Revenue Cycle teams.
