Job summary

SBA Communications in New Jersey is seeking a Corporate Sustainability Strategy Analyst to advance the company’s sustainability agenda through research, analysis and cross‑functional collaboration. You will develop and enhance initiatives aligned with corporate goals, manage reporting requirements, and support risk and compliance activities.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–3 years of experience, and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MBA, Sustainability, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant business experience in corporate sustainability or management consulting.
• Experience supporting sustainability reporting activities for publicly listed companies.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the company’s sustainability strategy while ensuring alignment with the overall business goals.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the company’s annual Sustainability Report.
• Prepare presentations and management reports.
• Conduct research on relevant industry trends, best practices, standards and regulations to fulfill sustainability objectives.
• Support climate risk and impact assessments and reporting requirements.
