SBA Communications seeks a Corporate Sustainability Strategy Analyst to research industry trends, regulations, and strategic opportunities to drive the company’s sustainability objectives and reporting commitments. You will collaborate with multiple teams to implement initiatives that align with corporate goals and deliver measurable financial and environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, or related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant business experience in corporate sustainability or management consulting.
• Foundational business acumen and strong written communication.
• Exposure to sustainability reporting standards (GRI, SASB, IFRS S1/S2) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the company’s sustainability strategy aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to annual Sustainability Report preparation in line with standards.
• Prepare management presentations and reports.
• Research industry trends, standards, and regulations for sustainability objectives.
• Assist in implementing renewable energy strategies and cross‑functional sustainability projects.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress and impact of initiatives.
• Support shareholder engagement on sustainability with major investors.
• Draft responses to rating agencies and key customers to improve ratings.
