MANN+HUMMEL - Gastonia, NC is seeking a Supply Planner/Material Planner to optimize supply chain and maintain optimal inventory to meet customer demands. You will drive SIOP alignment, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with sales and logistics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field and 2+ years in supply chain planning or inventory management, with strong MRP and Excel skills. This role offers a dynamic, global organization and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related roles within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems, inventory management, order management and material planning.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong communication for effective collaboration with teams and suppliers.
• Problem-solving abilities to mitigate supply chain risks and optimize processes.
• Relationship management skills for fostering positive collaborations.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and multiple project management.
