Job summary

Kulfi is seeking an Operations & Supply Planner to own supply planning and inventory management as part of our monthly S&OP process. You’ll translate demand plan outputs into clear supply recommendations, vendor forecasts, channel allocations, and purchase orders, coordinating with global vendors across time zones.

The role emphasizes strong Excel modeling, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations: planning, inventory management, supply chain.
• Able to turn data into clear recommendations and communicate supply risks and actions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own supply planning modeling in S&OP, identifying supply risks and actions.
• Analyze supply scenarios to balance availability, investment, and stock-out risk.
• Translate demand plan outputs into supply recommendations and vendor forecasts.
• Create vendor forecasts based on the Supply Planning model output.
• Create Purchase Orders via QuickBooks or other ERP systems and send to vendors.
• Follow up on POs to ensure supply deadlines are met.
• Lead weekly calls with global vendors to review PO status and timelines.
• Monitor stock levels and alert cross-functional teams to shortages.
• Analyze inventory allocation per channel (Sephora, TikTok Shop US/UK).
• Report monthly KPIs (OTIF, service level, stock-out calendar).
• Assist ERP implementation and data cleanup.
