Job summary

A leading sugar refining company in Baltimore seeks a Supply Planner to drive continuous improvement while supporting analytics in supply planning. The ideal candidate should have a background in Supply Chain, a Bachelor’s degree, and skills in SAP and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include capacity analysis and supporting planning to meet Service, Cost, and Inventory targets. This position offers a salary range of $62,500 to $115,500 depending on qualifications, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in Supply Chain – Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP IBP, Excel, and other systems to analyze sales data and conduct capacity analysis.
• Support planning responsibilities to deliver Service, Cost and Inventory targets.
• Lead root-cause analysis for demand/supply performance gaps.
• Conduct analysis for Supply Chain cost-reduction and continuous improvement.
