Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related supply chain field.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Know‑how of supply chain theory and processes; intrapreneurial mindset beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex supply planning problems with independent judgment.
• Target service levels to improve customer meeting of expectations.
• Expedite supply to address service gaps.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to analyze root causes and plan corrections.
• Coordinate and communicate action plans to leadership.
• Monitor purchase order accuracy and timeliness with procurement.
• Improve demand-to-supply processes via SIOP metrics.
• Document process flows, failure points, and action plans.
• Work with IT as SME for purchase orders when needed.
• Drive process, technology, and operational excellence.
• Act as COE for PO quality and assume additional responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as required.
