Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst in Phoenix to manage inventory for assigned customers, products and channels. You will coordinate with Demand and Supply Planning to maintain optimal stock levels and high fill rates while controlling costs.

Ideal candidates bring a Supply Chain background, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong proficiency with MS Office and purchasing software. This full-time role requires flexibility and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Supply Chain or related preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience and training in the discipline.
• Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Clarity or comparable purchasing software preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and in group/project settings.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures inventory is available through PO generation and PO adjustments.
• Manages inbound orders and lead times for assigned products/categories.
• Works with centralized receiving to ensure timely inbound deliveries.
• Analyzes excess inventory and reduces waste.
• Researches inventory gaps to improve fill rates with Demand/Supply Planning.
• Investigates sales fluctuations causing service issues and acts.
• Ensures inventory accuracy with coordination with inventory control.
• Interacts with vendors to correct inbound service failures.
