• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in a supply chain or related role.
• Familiarity with inbound transportation, logistics, and inventory preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication abilities.
• Detail oriented, organized, and capable of fast learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory planning and optimization opportunities based on forecasts.
• Process purchase orders and liaise between Berlin Packaging and suppliers.
• Confirm, follow up, and expedite orders for on-time delivery.
• Resolve PO discrepancies and invoice issues promptly.
• Coordinate transportation needs and inter-unit stock transfers.
• Maintain replenishment triggers to optimize purchasing activity.
• Collaborate with Logistics to select cost-effective inventory movements.
• Escalate issues to meet customer needs while protecting service metrics.
