Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field with 3+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management.
• Proficiency in planning tools (O9, SAP, Oracle, etc) and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a high-change environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-range production plans for an assigned portfolio of SKUs to meet customer demands.
• Minimize cost by maintaining proper inventory levels at internal and external sites.
• Identify and address shortages to prevent stockouts and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
