Job summary

Twin Health in New York City is hiring a Supply Planning Analyst to join our growing Supply Chain team. You will own end-to-end supply planning from demand forecast collaboration with Finance through replenishment and inventory deployment across our warehouse network.

You will serve as the key liaison between Supply Chain and Finance on demand forecasting and help build the planning processes that support our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or related field.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience building forecast models.
• Able to partner with Finance and present insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecast liaison between Supply Chain and Finance on a recurring cadence.
• Own supply planning across warehouse network with replenishment and inventory deployment.
• Define stocking levels, allocation logic, and network flow between facilities.
• Support S&OP with alignment of Supply Chain, Finance, and 3PL partners.
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc forecast and inventory reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supplier lead times.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP and planning tools.
