Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking 2 Supply Planning Coordinators for the 1st shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility. You will determine material quantities and dates to align with the master production schedule, expediting orders as needed to meet demand.

You will initiate purchase and work orders, manage supplier schedules, and actively balance supply with demand to optimize inventory levels and minimize shortages. Collaboration across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning and materials coordination.
• Familiarity with master production schedules and PFEP is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Determine quantity and order dates for materials to meet master production schedule.
• Expedite purchase or production orders as needed.
• Initiate purchase/work orders and manage supplier schedules to avoid shortages.
• Improve supplier delivery performance through coordination with suppliers and planners.
• Balance supply with demand to optimize inventories and reduce lead times.
• Support product lifecycle transitions with ramp-up/ramp-down coordination.
