Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp seeks a Supply Optimization Analyst to drive cost-effective sourcing and logistics, combining daily optimization, supplier negotiation, and bids. You will analyze fuel and freight costs, manage allocations, and ensure contract compliance to improve purchasing economics and profitability.

This role supports a dynamic supply team nationwide, with a hybrid work schedule after training. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and petroleum/logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Petroleum or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel/Access intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing decisions, dispatching, and allocation maintenance for an assigned region; also support nationwide.
• Collaborate with sales to identify opportunities to sell excess supply.
• Provide backup support for carrier partner communications to assist loading direction.
• Review daily optimization output to minimize fuel and freight costs; act on findings.
• Examine contract compliance on buy and sell sides; ensure commitments are met.
• Understand US oil infrastructure and logistics to assist with analysis and P/L goals.
