Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Supply Demand Analyst to connect customer demand with constrained supply across Sales, BU, and Operations. You will analyze demand signals, backlog, and execution risks to support decisions and protect commitments.

You will work with Revenue, Forecast, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align demand and supply assumptions, while evaluating plan feasibility and allocation needs to optimize revenue attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, sales operations, revenue operations, finance, or similar analytics role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders in Sales, BU, Supply Chain, Finance and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, backlog, Field Sales Forecast, Sales Lock, Sales Plan, CSP/CC, supply availability, and customer signals to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Analysts, Forecast Analysts, Sales, BU, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management and Operations to align demand and supply assumptions.
• Support constrained consensus and customer planning by evaluating feasibility, allocation needs, and demand changes.
• Resolve supply-demand disconnects and data gaps that may impact revenue and commitments.
• Recommend allocation, build-ahead, pull-in, remix, and other actions to optimize supply-demand balance.
• Utilize RapidResponse, Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel to manage data, run scenarios, and create reporting for decisions.
• Monitor planning performance, forecast quality, supply fill, bookings, and readiness across weekly rhythms.
• Improve workflows by reducing bottlenecks and data quality issues while supporting automation.
