Job summary

Jobot is in Stockton, CA seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Manager to lead strategic initiatives across procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier operations.

You will manage cross-functional projects, drive cost reductions, and implement scalable solutions with 3PL partners while collaborating with operations, finance and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field; advanced degree/certifications a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain/operations with proven transformation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of 3PL, cost reduction, inventory, freight, demand and production planning, and fulfillment.
• Strong project and change management skills to lead complex initiatives.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making with attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in using SCM software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and market changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Lead transformation initiatives leveraging 3PL and cost-reduction expertise.
• Manage inventory and freight to optimize levels and reduce costs.
• Oversee demand and production planning to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Drive fulfillment strategies to improve customer satisfaction and growth.
• Lead projects with change management, risk management, and execution.
• Review supply chain metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to the supply chain team and foster learning.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation.
