Job summary

Bristlecone seeks a Consulting Partner to lead supply chain transformation for a hyperscaler account, shaping strategy, delivering value, and driving revenue growth. The role combines deep domain expertise with technology enablement and executive-level client engagement.

Based in Mountain View, CA, the partner will own solution design, coordinate SMEs, and ensure outcomes meet client expectations while exploring adjacent opportunities and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience required.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain with deep expertise in one or two disciplines (e.g., Planning or Logistics).
• Ability to independently develop solution frameworks and mobilize SMEs to deliver them.
• Track record of owning end‑to‑end delivery and client satisfaction.
• Sales-savvy: identify opportunities, build credible pitches, and collaborate to shape engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated supply chain consulting lead embedded in the hyperscaler account, owning strategy, design, and delivery across engagements.
• Engage one or two supply chain disciplines with credible business conversations and technology context.
• Independently develop solution frameworks spanning people, process, and technology.
• Coordinate internal SMEs to validate and strengthen the value proposition for the client.
• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for engagements on the account.
• Identify opportunities in adjacent areas and pitch frameworks to earn client confidence.
• Manage revenue and margin targets while balancing delivery commitments and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Client Partner and Delivery leadership to align growth and delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the hyperscaler’s teams.
• Develop account-specific thought leadership on digital supply chain and transformation.
• Mentor Consultants and SMEs to strengthen delivery capability.
