Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain with deep expertise in one or two disciplines (e.g., Planning or Logistics).
• Proven ability to independently develop solution frameworks and mobilize SMEs.
• Track record of owning delivery execution end-to-end and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated supply chain consulting lead embedded in the hyperscaler account, owning strategy, design, and delivery across engagements.
• Engage one or two supply chain disciplines with deep domain expertise to discuss business problems with hyperscaler stakeholders.
• Develop and validate solution frameworks spanning people, process, and technology; coordinate SMEs for input.
• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for engagements and ensure scope, quality, timeline, and outcomes meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities beyond current scope, pitch frameworks, and collaborate with commercial teams to shape engagements.
• Manage revenue and margin targets for consulting work within the account and balanced pipeline development.
• Partner with Client Partner and Delivery leadership to align growth with delivery execution.
