Agile Tech Solutions LLC in Houston, TX seeks a visionary Supply Chain SME to architect our energy division from the ground up. This is a hybrid, part-time role (10 hours/week) with strategic responsibilities to shape market entry and internal capabilities.

You will lead technology strategy, evaluate AI and digital supply chain investments, and develop roadmaps that align with industry trends to enable predictive and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Prior long-term ExxonMobil experience as Supply Chain Specialist required.
• 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain leadership within Oil & Gas, incl. logistics, transportation, planning, warehousing and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assess current assets and design a roadmap to build a compliant oil and gas supply chain division from scratch.
• Act as the primary technology advisor; vet and business-case investments in AI-driven demand forecasting, contract analytics, predictive logistics, IoT inventory tracking.
• Develop technical collateral and tailored supply chain solutions aligned with industry trends to resolve client challenges.
• Expand networks to build strategic relationships with target customers.
• Define organizational design and job descriptions; participate in interviewing and hiring top-tier supply chain talent.
