Job summary

ZS is seeking a senior technology delivery leader to drive end‑to‑end custom solutions for clients in supply chain and enterprise software. You will architect and guide delivery across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and merchandising, partnering with business, engineering, data, and AI specialists.

You will identify agentic AI opportunities, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and mentor distributed teams while ensuring secure, scalable integration with client systems.

Qualifications

• > Five or more years delivering technology solutions or digital transformations.
• <br>Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• <br>Proficiency with cloud platforms and modern architecture.
• <br>Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of custom technology solutions.
• Turn complex business needs into clear architectures, road maps, and implementation plans.
• Build solutions across planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, distribution, logistics, and merchandising.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases for decision support and automation.
• Guide solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Lead cross‑functional teams spanning business, engineering, data, analytics, and AI.
• Own project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and integrated with client systems.
• Run client workshops and translate technical ideas into clear business outcomes.
• Contribute to prototypes, demonstrations, thought leadership, and new solution development.
