Job summary

World Market leads large, data-driven supply chain projects across the organization, coordinating with corporate, facilities, and supplier partners to identify problems, develop solutions, and deliver results.

This onsite role at Windsor VA or Stockton CA requires strong analytical skills, collaboration, and effective communication to drive process improvements and elevate service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical field.
• 4 years of supply chain management experience.
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification (Green belt or higher) is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong data analytics and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operations and process-improvement projects across the supply chain.
• Develop end-to-end supply chain solutions using company systems and partnerships.
• Analyze large data sets with quantitative methods and model with IRR/ROI/NPV analyses.
• Present cost-benefit analyses and recommendations to executive management.
• Develop KPIs and provide periodic reporting to drive execution and consistency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to improve velocity and reduce friction.
• Travel up to 50% and support multiple distribution centers.
