Job summary

Halo Industries has developed breakthrough technology to revolutionize a decades-old semiconductor material slicing process. Halo is seeking a highly strategic and technical Supply Chain Program Manager to lead sourcing of raw materials and critical equipment components, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain for semiconductor/capital equipment industries.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand materials and equipment specifications.
• Experience with cost modeling, should-cost analyses, and total cost of ownership evaluations.
• Familiarity with ERP (NetSuite) and PLM (Arena) systems; direct experience in high-tech industries.
• Experience supporting NPI including supplier selection and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for raw materials and capital equipment sub-components.
• Monitor market conditions, assess geopolitical risks, and identify opportunities for cost and quality improvements.
• Lead supplier qualification, dual-sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, NPI, engineering, manufacturing, and finance to align strategies with schedules and product design.
