Job summary

You will partner with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure Design for Manufacturability and supply chain viability, leading cross-functional programs and risk mitigation across global supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain in semiconductor/capital equipment/high-tech industries.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specs for materials and equipment components.
• Experience with cost modeling, Should-Cost analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership evaluations.
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite) and PLM software (Arena).
• Direct experience in semiconductor or related high-tech industries.
• Direct experience supporting NPI including supplier selection and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for raw materials and capital equipment sub-components.
• Lead supplier relationships with regular performance reviews and KPI tracking.
• Negotiate Master Supply Agreements, Statements of Work, and pricing contracts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to align strategies with product goals.
