Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research (or related fields).
5+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain network or supplier management.
Willing to relocate to Bengaluru and work IST shift times.
Experience with SAP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Supervisory experience and strong English communication.
Knowledge of data tools like R/Python is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new processes, technologies, and policies.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and IT for alignment.
Manage project timelines and coordinate regional/global initiatives.
Develop and track KPIs to measure impact of improvement initiatives.
Promote continuous improvement and mentor team members.
Represent Product Management in relevant meetings and reviews.
