Job summary

OSI Group, a premier global food provider, is seeking a senior supply chain professional to lead capacity planning, inventory control, and ERP initiatives. You will manage a team, collaborate with customers like Chipotle, and drive improvements in fill rate and inventory efficiency.

Strong leadership, ERP experience, and cross-functional coordination are essential. The role requires 5–10 years in related fields, with deep knowledge of manufacturing planning and SAP/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Experience in planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience in other areas of supply chain such as purchasing, customer service, demand planning or logistics is preferred.
• ERP implementation is preferred.
• Ability to conduct meetings and presentations.
• Ability to work with various levels of Management.
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team with authority to hire and performance-manage.
• Lead/supervise 1-5 employees.
• Interact directly with customers, focusing on top customers.
• Create specific customer reports as needed.
• Understand and manage production capacities.
• Provide direction to sales regarding capacity availability or limitations for existing or new business.
• Help procurement manage raw material and ingredient inventories.
• Plan and manage inventory levels for customers to achieve 98.5% fill rate and Days of Hand targets.
• Resolve key shortage issues.
• Develop/implement alert and distress reporting process.
• Develop short and long-term capacity plans.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and logistics for scheduling.
