Job summary

Coulter Services in Georgia seeks a leader to drive end-to-end supply chain planning for complex warehousing and transportation networks. You will own demand, inventory, capacity planning and champion a robust S&OP process aligning operations, finance, and commercial teams.

Use advanced analytics and ERP/WMS/TMS to monitor KPIs, mitigate risk, and improve service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory performance. You will coach a team of planners and promote a safety-focused, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and forecasting expertise across logistics networks.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to build/own S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Own demand, inventory, and capacity planning.
• Drive and improve S&OP alignment across key business functions.
• Monitor KPIs and manage operational and supply risks.
• Leverage analytics, automation, and logistics systems (ERP/WMS/TMS).
• Continuous improvement of service, cost, and inventory metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a planning team.
• Contribute to the design and launch of innovative logistics solutions.
