Qualifications

• Alternative: High School education with 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams and to analyze data for insights.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with Excel and Deltek Costpoint Materials Module.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop material strategies to meet operational goals.
• Assess supply resources, prioritize demand requirements, and plan inventory and distribution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain execution.
• Plan long-term capacity, product phase-in/out, and manufacturing ramp-up.
• Analyze complex supply/demand data to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage BOM-based inventory planning and material requirements.
