Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Elkton, MD seeks a Staff Supply Chain Planning Specialist to lead material requirements, supplier management, and program coordination on assigned programs.

You will drive material planning, EVMS-driven reporting, and risk mitigation while collaborating with purchasing, logistics, and production control; a strong background in CAM/EVM and ITAR compliance is required. This role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with 5+ years of program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s with 10+ years.
• Strong knowledge of CAM & EVM principles.
• Ability to acquire a Security Clearance and US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Liaison for assigned program(s) and supply chain management function.
• Represent Northrop Grumman in PMRs and leadership briefings.
• Oversee SCM activities to meet program requirements and maintain links between Purchasing, Logistics and Production Control.
• Identify and mitigate material risks and obsolescence; ensure 100% material availability.
• Develop supply chain strategy, supplier development and risk management; implement performance practices.
