Job summary

Ventura Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve network service, cost, and operational performance across Planning, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Customer Service.

This role provides leadership for centralized planning, drives adoption of new processes, and partners with IT and manufacturing to deliver strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Management or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience required.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems (like JDE) to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives across planning, operations, commercial, procurement, customer service, and IT.
• Drive network-wide improvements in service, inventory, and cost performance and define metrics.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize opportunities, manage risks, and align resources.
• Coach planning teams to adopt new processes and strengthen collaboration with commercial.
