LGC Group is seeking a Process Lead, Supply Chain Planning in the United States (Wisconsin) for a 12-month contract. The role merges demand, supply, inventory, capacity, quality, and risk into practical planning decisions.

As a senior contributor, you will influence cross-functional decisions, mentor planners, and improve planning capabilities while ensuring control, data integrity, and on-time delivery across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Five+ years in supply, production, materials, or manufacturing planning.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP concepts and planning transactions.
• Strong data-analysis and performance-measurement skills.
• Knowledge of planning parameters, inventory strategy, and SIOP processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and present recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Direct integrated supply, production, inventory, and capacity planning for complex areas.
• Convert demand and service requirements into actionable production and replenishment plans.
• Develop scenarios to measure service, inventory, capacity, and cost trade-offs.
• Lead SIOP forums and present assumptions, scenarios, and decisions.
• Predict and resolve shortages, bottlenecks, and schedule interruptions.
• Mentor planners and improve planning processes and governance.
• Partner with Purchasing and strategic suppliers on lead-time risks.
• Ensure accuracy of ERP transactions within the scope.
