Job summary

Prysmian is a global leader in energy and telecom cable systems seeking an EPR Supply Chain Planner in the United States. You will develop and execute production and inventory plans, align forecasts with capacity, and balance service levels with cost.

This role requires SAP experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Customer Service to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of supply chain planning, production scheduling, operations, inventory management, or logistics experience.
• ERP experience, preferably SAP; strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning for assigned product lines, balancing demand, capacity, material availability, backlog priorities, and inventory targets.
• Coordinate compound supply planning with Medium Voltage production schedules to ensure material availability and minimize disruptions.
• Support the S&OP process through analysis of demand, supply constraints, capacity utilization, and inventory performance.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules and customer-order priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate the production plan and deliveries of product from international manufacturing sites.
• Partner with Commercial teams to review customer requirements, delivery commitments, and supply risks.
• Monitor manufacturing loading and capacity; identify bottlenecks and improve production flow.
• Coordinate material planning and procurement for raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze inventory health, lead times, and stock optimization; identify root causes and actions.
• Develop reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and other planning tools.
