Giesecke+Devrient ePayments America, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage end-to-end planning across demand, supply, production, and inventory.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to develop forecasts and align supply with demand, ensuring customer delivery and cost efficiency. The role emphasizes proactive risk management, S&OP participation, and KPI-driven optimization, with SAP/IBP experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
• 3+ years SAP experience and MRP usage within past 5 years.
• 3+ years forecasting and/or demand planning experience.
• IBP experience is a plus.
• Familiar with purchase requisitions (PRs) and stock transfer orders (STOs).
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand and supply plans using historical data, forecasts, and trends.
• Plan production schedules with operations and procurement to meet delivery requirements.
• Manage material availability via MRP to support production and demand.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Logistics to align planning activities.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support S&OP meetings and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and capacity planning for production needs.
• Create and analyze KPIs like service levels, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, schedule adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and data accuracy (SAP/IBP or equivalents).
• Support new product introductions by planning supply and production timelines.
