Giesecke+Devrient ePayments America, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to coordinate end-to-end planning across demand, supply, production, and inventory to support on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

You will develop forecasts, align supply with demand, manage inventory levels, and work with SAP/MRP and cross-functional teams to optimize overall supply chain performance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
• 3+ years SAP experience and MRP usage for material purchasing.
• 3+ years forecasting and/or demand planning experience.
• Familiar with IBP is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas).
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand and supply plans from data and forecasts.
• Plan production schedules with operations and procurement.
• Manage material availability through MRP to support production.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.
• Align planning activities with procurement, sales, and logistics.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Contribute to S&OP meetings and cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and capacity planning.
• Create and analyze KPIs on service levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
• Continuously improve planning processes and data accuracy.
