Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC seeks a skilled Supply Chain Planner to manage demand and supply planning, ensuring inventory aligns with business needs. You will oversee S&OP, forecasting, stock buys, and inventory control while partnering with internal and external stakeholders for cost efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain planning, strong analytical abilities, and experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and scheduling experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards) and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Demand Planning and S&OP processes for assigned category.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Global Sourcing, Production, Customer Service, Sales, and Purchasing to maintain optimal inventory.
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and supplier communications to meet service level targets.
• Oversee Hot Market planning, including inventory management and PO execution.
• Prepare and present demand/forecast reports to management and stakeholders.
