Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/planning systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production and supply plans to support customer demand.
• Review customer requirements and determine the most efficient manufacturing approach.
• Coordinate with production, materials, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address changing priorities, equipment downtime, or supply issues.
• Balance workloads, capacity, inventory levels, and resources across operations.
• Support forecasting and long-range planning efforts.
• Recommend solutions to improve efficiency, service levels, and operational performance.
• Participate in cross-functional planning and operations meetings.
