Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, materials planning, production planning, or related field, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supply Planning & Balancing: Regularly review supply chain plans and balance materials to ensure supply readiness and minimize potential disruptions.
• Supply & Demand Management: Coordinate supply and demand activities and communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• New Part Setup: Coordinate and execute new part setups to support smooth integration into supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Operational Execution: Provide direction and guidance to operational teams to support timely execution of supply chain plans.
• Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, address issues, and support informed business decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement improvements that increase efficiency, planning accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
