Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules ensuring optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment while meeting customer demand. You will collaborate across functions, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in on-time delivery and efficiency.

The role reports to the Production and Material Planning Manager and is an on-site position with opportunities to optimize planning using Oracle and SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in production and material planning.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and making recommendations to improve planning attributes.
• Excellent data analytics and presentation skills.
• Experience meeting tight deadlines and multitasking to achieve results.
• APICS CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize orders and drive performance.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations for planning and production challenges.
• Drive cross-functional projects focused on process optimization and supply chain excellence.
