Autocar Parts LLC in Highland Park, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives on analytics, collaboration, and proactive decision-making to ensure the right parts are available at the right time to support customers. You will partner with the customer service team to expedite product, manage ERP data, and maximize ETA accuracy, with a focus on inventory and vendor alignment.

A strong Excel and ERP foundation, plus solid planning, organizational and communication skills, are essential

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred; supply chain, logistics or mathematics focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Some knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with vendors via email, phone and EDI to ensure suppliers receive purchase orders, updates delivery schedules, tracks inbound shipments, and communicates supply issues to the organization.
Work closely with the planners and warehouse in purchase order placement, invoice discrepancies, and maintaining inventory to satisfy customer requirements.
Work with Customer Service to expedite shipments into our warehouses or direct to our end customers.
Single point of contact for the Autocar Truck Customer Service team on open order tracking.
Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in ERP system.
Work with our truck manufacturing plant to secure drop shipments.
Track direct shipments and create sales orders.
Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
