Stone Security is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of orders, from creation to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. You will coordinate with multiple departments to keep material flow smooth and maintain precise records.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in purchasing/procurement or related logistics roles, strong Office skills, and the ability to manage inventory and documentation efficiently. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
