Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply chain or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, planning, and supply chain
• 2+ years of experience managing a team in healthcare procurement strongly desired
• Hands-on experience with ERP/supply chain systems and inventory control methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Buyers, Inventory Management Specialists, and Supervisors
• Set staffing models and workload distribution across sites
• Establish PO approval workflows and inventory replenishment strategies
• Own vendor management and resolution of supply chain issues across clinics
• Provide reporting and dashboards on department and vendor performance
