Job summary

Ahold Delhaize Distribution & Transportation seeks a Supply Chain Strategy Lead to drive advanced analytics, network design, and transformation programs for our distribution network. You will blend data, modeling, and business cases to guide investments and balance cost, service, and risk in a fast-evolving omnichannel environment.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across Operations, Transportation, Finance, Real Estate, and IT to deliver actionable insights and ensure program execution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; master’s preferred.
8–10+ years in supply chain/network strategy, design, or related roles.
3+ years in consulting is preferred.
Strong analytics, modeling, and executive storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain analyses and network optimization efforts.
Develop and evaluate models, scenarios, and financial justifications.
Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering across initiatives.
Translate technical outputs into compelling executive recommendations.
Manage programs end-to-end with risk identification and mitigation.
