Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred in a related discipline.
• 8-10+ years in supply chain/network strategy in grocery retail or related industry.
• 3+ years consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with optimization, analytics or technical modeling environments.
• Experience with financial modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs without authority.
• Strong narratives for executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable insights using optimization models and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate trade-offs across cost, service, inventory and capacity.
• Apply structured methodologies to support enterprise decision-making.
• Develop scorecards, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor network performance.
• Design and execute scenario analyses to balance cost, service and risk.
• Develop and enhance optimization models and analytic tools for network design.
• Support LP, MILP, and heuristic models for network design problems.
• Support data pipelines and modeling best practices.
• Lead end-to-end execution of network design initiatives.
• Establish governance and cross-functional coordination.
• Travel 10-20% to support site evaluations and project implementation.
