Job summary

Nefab Braselton, GA is seeking a Supply Chain & Materials Manager to act as the Site Manager's operational right-hand, directing end-to-end materials management, production planning, procurement, and inventory control for the facility.

Lead the planning and purchasing team, champion ERP optimization (Microsoft Dynamics to Infor M3), maintain data integrity, and synchronize capacity with high-volume customer demand to maximize plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Distribution, Operations Management.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or directing small, agile planning, purchasing, or inventory teams.
• Power-user of ERP platforms (Dynamics or SAP) with track record of system integrations/optimizations.
• Strong understanding of cost, variance, and plant-level P&L impacts.
• Advanced Excel skills to build data models and analyze capacity constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Site Manager's operational anchor for day-to-day material and planning flow.
• Lead the plant planning and purchasing team (Planner, Buyer, Warehouse) for synchronized material intake and scheduling.
• Own total site inventory health (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) and drive cash flow improvements.
• Champion ERP data integrity; optimize BOMs, scheduling modules, and BOM accuracy.
• Manage master production scheduling to align capacity with high-volume customer demand and S&OP integration.
• Oversee inbound supply chains, vendor performance, lead-time risk mitigation, and 3PL relationships.
