Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Topology Planning is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, North America, to own mid- to long-term topology strategy and build plans for AMZL delivery stations.

You will collaborate with Transportation, WW Real Estate, Design Engineering, Pre-construction, Launch Planning, Finance, Operations, and Capital Planning to deliver POR and drive automation. Strong data-driven decisions, Excel/SQL skills, and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own 3YF AMZL Last Mile POR Execution and delivery.
• Improve topology optimization engine/tools used daily for greater accuracy and productivity.
• Collaborate with 10–12 stakeholders across outbound transportation, engineering, launch, finance, and operations to deliver POR.
• Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement and automation.
• Write data-driven proposals and communicate expectations to business and technology teams.
