Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager for North America AMZL Topology Planning in Bellevue, WA.

You will own mid- to long-term topology strategy, site selection and approvals, CAPEX-efficient build plans, and optimization tooling for delivery-station planning, collaborating with multiple supply chain functions. This high-visibility role requires data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder influence, and a drive to automate processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own mid to long-term topology strategy, site selection and site approval process.
• 3YF Build plan management and ensuring incremental capacity delivery in a CAPEX optimized manner.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning.
• Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the processes, infusing AI in daily repetitive tasks, and driving automation across the board.
• Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion.
• Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams.
• Write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges independently.
