Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager for North America Topology Planning.

You will own mid- to long-term topology strategy, build plan management for delivery stations, and optimize CAPEX across networks. You will collaborate with NA transportation, engineering, finance, operations, and planning, reporting to senior leadership, and guiding data-driven decisions in a high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Long-Term topology execution with the goal of delivering promised capacity on time while optimizing for CAPEX commitment.
• Build plan management (POR) for US and Canada.
• Analyze ad-hoc scenarios as they develop and contribute to improving Tech portfolio (LMTO model, SAAT tool, SPR generation, CTO tool, etc.).
• Work with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like real estate; Launch Planning, engineering, pre-construction, finance, and LRP/S&OP planning.
• Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the process, creating additional value, and driving automation.
• Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion.
• Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams.
• Write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals.
• Perform data analysis and utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenge.
