Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Knowledge of Excel advanced features and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives related to network capacity across Amazon units.
• Optimize flow of goods, information, and services within the supply chain network.
• Balance supply and demand; assess and improve distribution networks and logistics ops.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer experience and efficiency.
• Define metrics and program management mechanisms to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on network capacity goals.
• Manage cross-functional network capacity programs and lean initiatives at scale.
• Own portfolio of cross-functional programs focused on capacity and delivery.
• Identify and deliver operational improvements in inventory, logistics, and transportation.
• Monitor key capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow in the network.
