Field of Talent in Indianapolis is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials arrive on time and production runs smoothly.

You will coordinate inventory levels, develop BOMs where needed, and leverage ERP/MRP systems to improve accuracy and efficiency across procurement, logistics, and receiving. The role requires strong analytical and collaborative skills in a fast-growing manufacturing tech environment.

Competenze

• Experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or a related role.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, supplier management, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate with suppliers.
