The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with strong skills in ERP systems like Epicor and advanced data analysis. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, with hands-on experience using Epicor or similar platforms.
• Proven background in forecasting, inventory control, procurement, and production planning.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle, including planning, procurement, inventory control, and material flow to support production targets.
• Manage and optimize ERP/MRP processes to ensure accurate demand planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule to support customer demand, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Build strong supplier relationships to improve cost, delivery performance, and overall quality.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to improve inventory turns, reduce excess stock, and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
