Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly paced Manufacturing, Fulfillment or Distribution environment.
• Direct experience supervising and coaching a team including goal setting and performance feedback.
• Strong forecasting and modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review inventory management strategies.
• Produce weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Lead, coach and direct a subordinate staff on the purchasing process.
