Dauch Corporation in Alamance, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics, ensuring material flow supports manufacturing while meeting delivery, quality, and cost objectives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of supply chain experience in OEM or Tier 1 manufacturing.
3+ years of leadership experience managing supply chain teams.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Plex).
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversees demand planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and material flow.
Ensures timely availability of raw materials to meet customer requirements.
Monitors KPIs such as inventory turns, on-time delivery, supplier performance, and cost reductions.
Leads sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier development initiatives.
Maintains strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Monitors supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Identifies and mitigates supply chain risks through contingency planning and supplier diversification.
Optimizes inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs.
Manages transportation, warehousing, receiving, shipping, and logistics functions.
Implements inventory accuracy and cycle count programs.
Ensures compliance with customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards.
Collaborates with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
Supports new product launches and engineering changes through effective material planning.
Leads and mentors supply chain personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Drives Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement initiatives.
Analyzes supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Implements best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
